Focus, without it odds are you will FAIL in achieving your goals, whether in sport or business.

There is no sugar coating it, if you want to develop into being a successful athlete or business person you need to WORK & you need FOCUS. Under no circumstances can you allow others to disrupt your focus & force mediocrity onto you. Forget the fancy headphones & what music motivates you for training, if you need that, a pill, or a sugar laden energy drink for focus, then you currently lack the needed focus to become a champion. Stop deceiving yourself, steer yourself off the path of mediocrity that has overtaken the general population & correct your course immediately.

Success, achieving your goals of becoming a champion, and more importantly a leader / role model for your community should be the only motivation & focus you need.
